The place was fairly clean with a very attentive and attentive staff on the reception desk. One of the advantages - tastefully decorated and good sized rooms; they included shower facilities, a hairdryer, and fresh towels.

The hotel is gorgeous and pleasant with pleasant employees on the reception desk. The atmosphere of the venue is family. Make sure you stay in the family room with the view of the sea. The bed is good, really! The location is in a marvellous and absolutely perfect spot right on the marina.

I got a spotless and bright room with a view. The location was fantastic because it was really close to harbour and town. Also, the place was just a short walk away from A 450 - ft - High Observation Tower.

The hotel's location was incredible, near a bus terminus, the motorways M4 and the beach and all the cafes. The staff were all very pleasant, outstandingly accommodating. Really enjoyed our rooms with a view.

Staff was super attentive. The standard twin room was cheap. The venue was in a very central location next to all the restaurants and bars, torquay sea front and all shops. Also, the hotel was at a moderate distance from an award-winning oceanarium. The food we tried was outstanding and they have a lot of meals to choose from.

The location was good, by Torquay's inner harbour. And we were really close to the Regina and the restaurant. Got the same spotless family room on hospitality tray booked online, truly enjoyed that.

Greatly enjoyed our cheap room on hospitality tray and the staff were pleasant. The hotel had a very central location ready to be picked up for there return home via coach. Found time to see Liverpool One Shopping Complex, that's at a short distance from the property.
